Leasing Guarantee
If a tenant we place into your rental property breaks their lease for any reason, we will place another qualified tenant into your property at no additional charge.
Pet Damage Guarantee
We cover up to $1,500 in damage above the Security Deposit to your property that is caused by a pet we approved for your rental.
Maintenance Guarantee
Maintenance performed by our vendors is guaranteed for workmanship for one year.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our services, and we can’t make it right for you, you can cancel our management agreement without penalty.
21 Day Rental Guarantee
We will rent your property in 21 days or less or HCM will reduce your leasing fee by 25%.

If a tenant we placed has to be evicted, we will handle the cost of eviction up to $1,500.
Loss of Rent Guarantee
If a tenant is evicted or vacates without paying, you will be covered for up to 12 weeks of rental loss up to $3,000/month.
