Do You Offer 24/7 Emergency Services?
Yes, we do. We know that you might experience issues like leaky roofs, or broken HVAC systems, at any time. If these problems arise in the middle of the night, they can leave you stressed and sleepless. That is the last thing we want. Our property managers will pick up your emergency calls at any time, and resolve your problems quickly.
Do You Offer Pet-Screening Services?
We offer pet-screening services. We know how much your furry friends mean to you, and we carefully screen them to make your stay with them comfortable in the new home. Our reliable, third-party vendor screens your pets once you submit a pet application form. The vendors will screen all animals, including service and assistance animals.
I Have A Pet. Does That Impact The Security Deposit?
If our third-party, pet-screening vendor approves your pet, the amount that you pay as the security deposit will likely increase by up to $500 per pet. You will also have to pay a monthly Pet Administration Fee (Pet Fee) of $40.00 per pet.
Are All Dog Breeds Allowed?
Even if your landlord allows dogs, some dog breeds are not allowed in residential properties for safety purposes. These include Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Canary Dog, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky, Pitbull, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.
