The Gold and the Platinum programs are suitable for you if you don’t have much time to invest in managing your rental home and your tenants yourself. However, if you carry out some of the management tasks on your own, you can benefit from our Silver program as well.
I am an Out-of-State Landlord. Which Program is Suitable For Me?
If you are an out-of-state landlord, it might not be convenient for you to visit your property frequently, and connect with your tenants as often. You will also require added guarantees to protect your investment against any risks. Hence, we suggest you choose the Platinum program.
